Abstract:
A tapered bristle and especially the method for tapering bristle, include a tapered bristle with a tapered part of 2. 15 mm in length. A spun tuft of bristles is cut into bristle segments of required length, with special cutter. The said bristles are treated for 1-60 minutes by being put into Forming Tank for tapered bristles, which is filled with treatment solution with a concentration of 2080 % and pre-heated to 50200° C. Bristle with pinpointed heads can be manufactured by this means to enhance the effect of using the bristles.
