The present invention is provided with an outer ring having a raceway surface on an inner periphery, an inner ring having a raceway surface on an outer periphery, a plurality of tapered rollers arranged between the bearing ring of the outer ring and the bearing ring of the inner ring, and a retainer for retaining the tapered rollers. The tapered rollers are hollow rollers having a diameter difference, which is the difference between the diameter of the small end surface and the diameter of the large end surface, of 2 mm or less, and in which through holes are formed extending along the axis in the axial direction. The retainer has a pair of annular members arranged on the small end surface side and the large end surface side of the tapered rollers, and a pin member that is inserted through the through holes of the tapered rollers and connects the pair of annular members to each other. A limiting structure is provided in which the pin member can be inserted through the through holes of the tapered rollers and allow attachment of the pin member to the retainer only when the tapered rollers are disposed in the correct direction.
