A tapered threaded bolt body and a tapered threaded nut. The tapered threaded bolt body comprises a column-shaped body (1). The column-shaped body (1) is provided with an outer side helical surface (11) and a first end helical surface (12), the shape of the outer side helical surface (11) being the same as that of a spiral outer side face of a rotary body which makes circumferential uniform rotation by taking a right-angle side, coincided with a central axis of the column-shaped body (1), of a right-angled trapezoid as a center of rotation and is formed by enabling the right-angled trapezoid to make axial movement at a constant speed around the central axis of the column-shaped body (1) at the same time, and the shape of the first end helical surface (12) being the same as that of a spiral end face of the end having a moving direction that is the same as an axial movement direction of the rotary body. A screw hole of the tapered threaded nut is internally provided with an inner side helical surface (21) and a second end helical surface (22), and the forming characteristics of the inner side helical surface (21) and the second end helical surface (22) are the same as those of the outer side helical surface (11) and the first end helical surface (12). The present invention resolves the technical problems of poor self-locking ability of the existing threaded connection structure pair, and the like.
