Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention relates to a tapping method for tapping molten steel into a ladle located outside an electric furnace and comprises the steps of: preparing a plurality of configuration conditions including configuration values for an inclination angle of an electric furnace and configuration values for a location of a carriage on which a ladle is loaded; preparing a plurality of tapping types which include maintenance times for maintaining the configuration conditions, at least one of the maintenance times being different from another of the maintenance times; selecting any one of the plurality of tapping types; and performing tapping in the selected tapping type. Therefore, according to embodiments of the present invention, a location of a carriage is automatically adjusted on the basis of an inclination angle of an electric furnace. That is to say, an operator can adjust a position of a carriage in a safe position according to an inclination angle of an electric furnace in a tapping workplace having high-temperature molten steel, without directly monitoring the inclination state of the electric furnace and the position of the carriage.
