The present invention is applicable to the technical field of image processing. A target contour extraction method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium are provided. The method comprises: respectively combining a separated block-shaped area and tubular structure in an image to be processed to obtain a block-shaped space and a tubular space; extracting marginal ridge lines of the block-shaped area in the block-shaped space and a central ridge line of the tubular structure in the tubular space; respectively combining the marginal ridge lines and the central ridge line of which a ridge line type has been labeled into a marginal ridge line set and a central ridge line set; respectively deforming ridge lines in the marginal ridge line set and the central ridge line set by means of a curve deformation model, until all the ridge lines in the marginal ridge line set and the central ridge line set satisfy a deformation end condition; respectively superposing the deformed ridge lines in the marginal ridge line set and the tubular ridge line set to a corresponding position of the image to be processed, so as to draw a contour of the block-shaped area and the tubular structure in the image to be processed, effectively improving the effect and efficiency of target contour extraction.
