Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a target detection method, a method for training a model therefor, a related apparatus, and a device. The method for training a target detection model comprises: acquiring a sample image, the sample image being marked with actual position information of an actual region in which a target is located; using a plurality of points in the sample image as detection points, and selecting, on the basis of the distance between each detection point and a preset point in the actual area, at least one detection point as a positive sample point of the target; performing target detection on the sample image by using a target detection model, and obtaining predicted area information corresponding to each positive sample point, the predicted area information corresponding to each positive sample point comprising predicted position information of a predicted area corresponding to the positive sample point; determining a loss value of the target detection model by using the actual position information and the predicted area information; and adjusting parameters of the target detection model on the basis of the loss value of the target detection model.
