Abstract:
The present application relates to a target following method and apparatus, a device, and a system. The method comprises: acquiring first azimuth data sent by a UWB base station and a following mode sent by a UWB beacon, where the UWB base station is arranged on a target following device and the UWB beacon is arranged on a target followed object; processing the first azimuth data on the basis of the following mode to obtain second azimuth data, where the second azimuth data comprises a current distance between a target position and the UWB base station and a second azimuth angle of a straight line where the target position and the UWB base station are located relative to the current motion direction of the target following device; and comparing the second azimuth data with preset azimuth data to obtain a comparison result, and controlling the target following device to act according to the comparison result. The signal between the UWB base station and the UWB beacon adopted in the present application has strong penetration, thereby improving the reliability of target following. Moreover, the present application provides a rich variety of following modes for the target followed object, allows the following mode to be flexibly changed according to a running road, and significantly improves the practicability.
