Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a target holding jig and a measurement device, which highly accurately bring a target into contact with an object to be measured. A target holding jig holds a spherical target provided with a reflection mechanism for reflecting measurement light emitted from a light source and brings the target and an end surface of an object to be measured into contact with each other. The target holding jig is provided with: a support section which supports the target while holding the target in contact with the object to be measured; a guide section which is disposed on the side of the support section which faces the object to be measured, the guide section restricting, in the direction of the short sides of the end surface of the object to be measured, the position at which the target comes into contact with the object to be measured, the guide section restricting the movement of the target in the direction of the short sides of the end surface of the object to be measured; and a connection section which is affixed to the support section and which is connected in a removable manner to the object to be measured.
