Abstract:
The present invention relates to a detection kit, which reacts to a particular substance, in which the properties of laser speckles scattered and interfered by means of a light source are used in order to confirm a subtle reaction. Comprised are: a measurement light source (20) for irradiating measurement light to a sample (12) on which a target substance is distributed; a stimulation light source (30) for irradiating stimulation light, for heating the target substance, to the sample; and a detection part (40) for obtaining a speckle image of the measurement light, which is scattered on the sample (12), and detecting changes in a speckle pattern on a target substance distribution part of the sample (12).
