Title:
TARGET SUBSTANCE DETECTION METHOD USING FET BIOSENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/111237
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a detection method using an FET biosensor in order to obtain electrical signal information at lower current, with higher sensitivity, and at a lower cost. The present invention is a target substance detection method using an FET biosensor. The method comprises: a step for setting, for a reference electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode, respective potentials that do not generate current between the source electrode and the drain electrode; a step for setting, for the source electrode and the drain electrode, respective potentials that generate current between the source electrode and the drain electrode; a step for setting a terminal of the source electrode to a high impedance; a step for measuring the source potential at a predetermined detection timing, in a source potential relaxing process; a step for calculating a detection voltage from the difference between the source potential measured in a reaction state and the source potential measured in a non-reaction state; and a step for using the detection voltage as a detection signal, for detection of a target substance.
