Abstract:
The present invention provides a target substance measurement method. Specifically, the present invention provides a target substance measurement method that includes: (1) treating a sample with a surfactant including a hydrophilic moiety and a hydrophobic moiety constituted by a hydrocarbon chain; and (2) detecting the target substance in the treated sample. The present invention also provides a target substance measurement kit that includes: (1) a surfactant including a hydrophilic moiety and a hydrophobic moiety constituted by a hydrocarbon chain; and (2) a substance that has affinity for the target substance, and/or a preparation of the target substance.
