Abstract:
Disclosed is a fusion protein comprising: (i) an antibody fragment; (ii) a linker fragment; and (iii) a photosensitive protein; wherein the antibody fragment binds with the photosensitive protein by means of the linker fragment, the antibody fragment specifically binds to a virus, and under the illumination of light of a specific wavelength, the photosensitive protein generates reactive oxygen molecules, especially singlet oxygen, and consequently kills or damages the virus in a targeted manner, causing the virus to lose the ability to infect a host cell.
