Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a targeting exosome for delivering RNAs. The construction process of the exosome comprises the following steps: fusing, at C-terminus, an exosome polypeptide with an RNA binding polypeptide identifying a specific RNA sequence; fusing, at N-terminus, the exosome polypeptide with a targeting portion targeting a target cell; constructing an expression vector to express the fusion protein; constructing a vector capable of expressing an RNA comprising a specific sequence; and introducing the two vectors into cells capable of generating exosomes.
