Abstract:
A task allocation method for processing the hinge grooves and bolt grooves of wooden door frames. Wooden door frame workpieces are conveyed to a first conveying branch or a second conveying branch by means of a second conveying table (3). The second conveying table (3) is provided with a processing machine working state distributor. When in a state where entry is permitted, the second conveying table (3) performs output to the first conveying branch or the second conveying branch according to processing information. If the first conveying branch and the second conveying branch do not satisfy an entry condition, waiting is performed at the second conveying table (3). If the first conveying branch is in the state where entry is permitted, the distributor distributes the processing information, and the second conveying table (3) performs output to the first conveying branch. If the second conveying branch is in the state where entry is permitted, the distributor distributes the processing information, and the second conveying table (3) performs output to the second conveying branch. The first numerically controlled hinge/bolt groove processing machine (4) in the first conveying branch or the second numerically controlled hinge/bolt groove processing machine (6) in the second conveying branch processes bolt grooves of hinge grooves according to the processing information distributed by the processing machine working state distributor. Then, the door frames are separately conveyed to a fifth conveying table (8) by means of a third conveying table (5) and a fourth conveying table (7). Thus, the work waiting time for the processing of hinge grooves or bolt grooves is reduced, and the production waiting process is simplified. By changing the configuration and task allocation method of the processing apparatus for the hinge grooves and bolt grooves of wooden door frames, the processing time for a group of finished door frames will be shortened by one half of the difference between the times for processing the hinge grooves and the bolt grooves on the original basis while the processing conditions of the other procedures remain unchanged, the processing efficiency is improved, the production costs are reduced, and the purpose of improving the processing efficiency of the door frames is achieved.
