Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to allow task instructions to be generated which satisfy both the effects of a physical activity desired by individual workers and shipment task time restrictions. Provided is a task instruction assignment device 100, configured to comprise: a storage device 101 which stores a conversion master 126; and a computation device 104 which, on the basis of the conversion master 126 and information of each shipment task which each task instruction shows according to a prescribed shipment order, identifies the effects of a physical activity which the worker may obtain in the course of each shipment task of each task instruction, stores information of the identified effects of the physical activity in association with the task instruction, searches, on the basis of information obtained from the worker on the effects of a physical activity desired to be acquired, for a task instruction candidate which is associated with the effects of a physical activity which satisfies the desire, determines with a prescribed algorithm whether the shipment will be delayed if the task instruction candidate is assigned to the worker, and if it is determined that the delay will not occur, outputs the task instruction candidate to a prescribed device 200 as a task instruction for the worker.
