Abstract:
The present invention provides a task management method and system, comprising: obtaining a trigger instruction and extracting task information from said trigger instruction; matching said task information with a preset task model to obtain standard task content; according to the standard task content, generating and sending a task instruction. The problems present at the current stage of a task not having a standardized process and there being no standard task content are avoided, thus achieving the streamlining of tasks and the standardization of task content; tasks are automatically configured, thus the absence of clear standard task content during the process of task execution is prevented and an administrator can issue tasks individually, improving the degree of automated management.
