Abstract:

Disclosed in the present invention is a taxi-booking method. The method comprises: after a set-top box receives a taxi-booking request inputted by a user, sending to a taxi-booking back-end system a taxi-booking request carrying personal information of the user; receiving driver acceptance information returned by the taxi-booking back-end system for the taxi-booking request; and displaying, by means of Internet Protocol television, the driver acceptance information to the user. Also disclosed in the present invention are a taxi-booking device, set-top box, service system, and computer storage medium.
