Abstract:
The present invention relates to a taxol drug composition and a pharmaceutic preparation, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The drug composition comprises taxol as an active ingredient and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose derivative as a carrier material. The drug preparation is in the form of an oral solid preparation. The drug composition and pharmaceutic preparation thereof can be used for the preparation of a drug for preventing and treating malignancies and relevant diseases in mammals.
