Abstract:
A TBM-carried full-automatic sampling device and method. The TBM-carried full-automatic sampling device comprises a base (2), a mechanical wheel mechanism (5), a conveying mechanism (6), a drying mechanism (7), a printing mechanism (8), a sample loading box (9), and a control device (10). The conveying mechanism (6) is mounted on the base (2), a mechanical wheel mechanism (5) is provided on one side of the conveying mechanism (6), and the sample loading box (9) is provided on the other side of the conveying mechanism (6). The mechanical wheel mechanism (5) is used for digging a rock mass cut by the TBM and placing the taken rock mass on the conveying mechanism (6). The drying mechanism (7) and the printing mechanism (8) are sequentially provided above the conveying mechanism (6) in the conveying direction of the rock mass. The drying mechanism (7) dries the rock mass. The printing mechanism (8) is connected to a microcomputer of a TBM master control room and can transmit obtained tunnel face mileage information to the printer and print same on a dried rock sample. The sample loading box (9) is provided at the tail part of the conveying mechanism (6) and is used for containing the rock sample. The control device (10) controls the mechanical wheel mechanism (5), the conveying mechanism (6), and the drying mechanism (7). The TBM-carried full-automatic sampling device realizes full automation and continuity of the sampling operation.
