Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an aroma imparting raw material having an excellent floral aroma. This tea aromatizing composition contains linalool, geraniol, and 2-methylbutanal, and the weight ratio of the content of 2-methylbutanal to the total content of linalool and geraniol is controlled to 0.010 to 0.215.
