The present invention relates to a teaching and playback apparatus for construction machinery and, more specifically, to a teaching and playback apparatus for construction machinery which, during a teaching mode, is linked to the motion of a joystick and thereby directly obtains data on the trajectory of the joystick and which, during a playback mode, mechanically manipulates the joystick and thereby implements the motion of the joystick following the trajectory of the joystick as taken during the teaching mode. To this end, the present invention provides a teaching and playback apparatus for construction machinery, comprising: a teaching module which, during a teaching mode, is installed on a joystick to be manipulated by a driver so as to operate an actuator for a work apparatus, is linked to the motion of the joystick, and obtains data on the trajectory of the joystick; and a playback module which, during a playback mode, is installed in replacement of the teaching module installed on the joystick, mechanically manipulates the joystick on the basis of the data on the trajectory of the joystick, which has been obtained from the teaching module, and causes the joystick to move following the trajectory of the joystick as taken in the teaching mode.
