Detailed Description of the Invention

The application of the invention indicated in the figures is cutting blade grinding assembly of the cleaning paper roller (log). In Figure-1 the sensor (5) connected to grinding discs (4.1 , 4.2) in a manner providing travel of grinding discs (4.1 , 4.2) when it senses cutting blade (1) located in a position sensing the edges of cutting blade and connected to support body (4) provides grinding of cutting blade (1) when grinding discs (4.1 , 4.2) detects edges of cutting blade (1) to be ground.

A back pusher (6.1 ) connected to back grinding disc (4.1 ), pressing back grinding disc (4.1) towards cutting blade (1 ) with the command from the sensor (5) indicated in figure-3 provides automatic grinding of cutting blade (1) grinding discs (4.1 , 4.2) at any point without any support from any user.

The front pusher (6.2) connected to back grinding disc (4.1) pressing front grinding disc (4.2) towards to cutting blade (1) with the command from sensor (5) provides automatic grinding of the cutting blade (1) by grinding discs (4.1 , 4.2) without support of end user at any point.

Grinding discs (4.1 , 4.2) can be adjustable along Y and Z axis indicated in figure-2 and figure-3. The angles should preferably be θy = 7° and θz = 1°. During grinding, back grinding disc (4.a) touches cutting blade (1) on axis E as seen in figure 3 with driving of back grinding disc (4.a) via back pusher (6.1). Accordingly front grinding disc (4.2) touches cutting blade (1 ) in axis E direction via front pusher (6.2). Touching force of grinding discs (4.1 , 4.2) can be adjusted by the

regulator (6) seen in figure 2. Pushers (6.1. , 6.2) and regulator (6) preferably are components operated by pneumatic technique. Pushers (6.1 , 6.2) and regulator (6) can also be of components operated with preferably hydraulic technique.

Back grinding disc (4.1) grinds cutting blade (1) from back edge terminals. Accordingly, front grinding disc (4.2) grinds cutting blade (1 ) from front edge terminals. Grinding discs (4.1 , 4.2) moves preferably in symmetric and grind front and back surface of the cutting blade (1 ) at the same time.

Thanks a program uploaded into the control unit in grinding assembly when required, cutting operation can be paused after certain rotating tours of cutting blade (2) and operation of sensor (5) and grinding discs (4.1 , 4.2) is provided for performance of grinding operation.

The pushers (6.1 , 6.2) push and pull back the grinding discs (4.1 ,4.2) with the command from sensor (5) taken by pushers (6.1 , 6.2) by use of regulator (6) connected to pushers (6.6, 6.2) providing compressed air and vacuum needed by pushers (6.1 , 6.2) indicated in figure-2.

Vertical axis position of grinding discs (4.1 , 4.2) can be adjusted when diameter of cutting blade (1) changes with help of worm gear (10) causing motion of support body (4) passing through support body (4) via threads drilled into support body (4) providing up-down movement of support body (4) shown in figure-1.

A traveling engine (8) controlling worm gear (10) indicated in figure 2, determining rotation direction of worm gear (10) according to the command of the sensor (5) provides up-down movement of support body (4) by means of rotation of the worm gear (10) when required.

A progress reducer (7) connected to worm gear (10), providing rotation with the driving from the said traveling engine (8) provides up-down movement of support body (4) by means of rotation of worm gear (10) when required.

As long as the cutting blade (1) indicated in figure 1 is ground, circle blade diameter (3) decreases and grinding discs (4.1 , 4.2) stay away from cutting blade (1 ). In order to keep the cutting blade (1) at the same position for grinding, the

circle blade diameter (3) should progress in the same amount of decreasing. Sensor (5) enables support body (4) to follow circle blade diameter (3). When cutting blade (1 ) decreases, it leaves the sensor (5). When sensor (5) does not detect cutting blade (1), it preferably commands the DC traveling engine (8) to turn. After traveling engine (8) drives progress reducer (7), worm gear (10) moves. Upon turn of the worm gear (10), support body (4) which has grinding discs (4.1 , 4.2) moves along X axis and thus automatic grinding is performed.

The cutting blade (1) indicated in figure 1 is rotated at fixed recycle by AC engine (2). Cutting blade (1 ) operates on support body (12). Support body (12) rotates around its axis. The power needed for movements on support body (12) is supplied by means of contact of electric transmission brushes (13) on the back side of the body by means of rotary power supply (9) indicated in figure 2 with copper plates (11) in circle form.
