Detailed Description of the Invention
The application of the invention given in figures is slicing assembly for cleaning paper log. Figure-1 indicates the cutting blade (1 ) which leaves traveling space required for slicing after cut of cleaning paper log (5) by the cutting blade, provides one tour of cutting blade (1) in the space without preventing cleaning paper log (5), provides turning motion from the point where it is connected to cutting blade (1), turns with cutting blade (1), enables cutting and slicing of the log where paper towel and toilet papers are rolled by use of a converter rotative body (2) connected to mid point of the cutting blade (1 ) without need for start-stop of paper log (5) where paper towel and toilet papers are rolled.
It provides cutting and slicing of the cleaning paper log (5) where paper towel and toilet papers are rolled, with continuation of motion and without need for start-stop of cleaning paper log (5) with the converter (2.1) which provides driving to the cutting blade (1) from the surface where converter rotative body (2) is connected to the cutting blade (1) and which provides convert motion from a point where the converter rotative body (2) is in connection with the cutting blade (1) in case of necessity.
It provides cutting and slicing of cleaning paper log (5) where paper towel and toilet papers are rolled without need for stop-start thereof while the motion is continued with the middle body (3) connected to preferably mid-point of the converter body (2), shifting the converter rotative body (2) and cutting blade (1 ) with the cleaning paper logs (5) in parallel axis.
It is provided that turning of cutting blade (1) connected to converter body (2) and converter rotative body (2) with together by means of preferably a converter engine (3.1) connected to middle body (3) which provides turning of cutting blade (1 ) of converter rotative body (2) in smooth circular geometry, gives turning motion to converter rotative body (2), operating values of which can be changed spontaneously. The cutting blade (1) indicated in Figure-1 rotates around its center. Cutting blade (1 ) is connected to converter rotative body (2) from midpoint. Converter rotative body (2) is connected to middle body. (3) from mid-point and rotates around this center. The converter engine (3.1) is electronic control operated and preferably a servo engine of which spontaneous operation values can be changed.
With use of preferably a shifting linear engine (4.1) indicated in figure 2 which shifts cutting (1 ) and converting (2) group during slicing towards motion of cleaning paper log (5), providing preferably cutting geometry in elliptic form from side view, connected to the said middle body (3), whose operation values can be changed spontaneously, smoothness and symmetric sized slicing is provided during cutting by means of axial shifting of cleaning paper log (5) while axial shifting is made in direction of motion when cutting blade (1) cut the cleaning paper log (5). Linear engine (4.1) is electronic control operated and preferably a servo engine whose operation values thereof can be changed spontaneously.
The elliptic motion provided to cutter (1) and converter (2) group during cutting by the linear engine (4.1) is in proportion to motion rate of cleaning paper log (5). During slicing of cleaning paper log (5) converter body (2) rotates around middle body (3) after each slicing. While cutting blade (1) rotates around center of converter rotative body (2), cleaning paper log (5) is made ready for next slicing.
The synchronized rotating motions are increased in proportion and more slicing can be provided.
The number of cleaning paper log (5) cut by cutting blade (1) during slicing can be increased. Middle body (3) circular cutting blade moves to right and left direction on X axis over linear engine table (3.1) as indicated in figure 3 and figure 5. As a result of those motions, while cutting blade (1 ) rotates around its axis, it also rotates in elliptic orbit (6) indicated in figure 3. The purpose of such motion is to cut the cleaning paper logs (5) rolled in roller sequenced on the orbit. In the existing art, operation difficulties are seen due to cutting in limited channels and narrow distance of channel distances. The motion on X axis seen in figure 3 and figure 5 can be increased and extended on elliptic orbit (6) X axis and number of cleaning paper log (5) can be increased. Thus more cleaning paper log (5) can be cut by means of elliptic turning.
As it seen in figure 4 cleaning paper logs (5) are pushed by a pusher block (7) in a manner that they remain in sequence on the orbit (6) on motion channel (12) at the fixed rate. Rotating speed of cutting blade (1) can be adjusted to slice the cleaning papers in desired sizes.
Cutting blade (1) starts to cut cleaning paper log (5) at stage 5.1. indicated in figure 3 and figure 5 from point no. 8, and completes cutting cleaning paper log (5) at 5.4 stage at point no. 9. This motion is completed in T time and the cleaning paper log (5) takes distance S on Z axis at fixed speed for T period of time. In this technique called fly-scissors, the cutting blade (1 ) moves together with cleaning paper log (5) and takes its initial form when cutting is completed. Figure 5 shows different slicing stages of cleaning paper log (5) (stages 5.1 , 5.2, 5.3) and positions of pusher block (7) positions 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4) while in motion.
In the current technique, to perform a smooth cutting, cleaning paper log (5) has been stopped during cutting process. Size errors occur due to loss of speed because of stop-start motions and position loss because of immediate stops.
The cutting blade (1 ) performing elliptic motion in X - Y planes performs progress in S distance as indicated in figure 5 in synchronous rate of cleaning paper log (5)
at lower half of the elliptic orbit during T time on Z axis at the same time and performs return in S distance to resume its initial position in upper half of the circle (6) when T time is completed on Z axis. This motion is repeated during each turning. This motion on Z axis is provided by means of bearing of linear engine (4.1 ) table of cutting blade lower body (4) in a manner providing motion on Z axis.
The pusher block (7) in constant contact by pushing cleaning paper log (5) as indicated in figure 4 prevents reverse motion when cleaning paper log (5) rolled with cleaning paper is in contact with cutting blade (1 ), and provides axial fixing.
The pusher block chain (11 ) connected to pusher block provides pushing motion to pusher block (7).
The pusher block driving engine (10) connected to pusher block chain (11) provides motion to pusher block chain (11).
The invention cannot be limited to the representative applications given in this section. Alternative embodiments to be developed by persons skilled in the related art based on basic factors under scope of protection stated under claims shall mean violation of the invention.
