Abstract:
A technique simulator (10) for training for a technique which uses a balloon catheter (90) comprises: a first flow channel (18) that imitates the vena cava of a human body; and a second flow channel (20) that imitates a second venous system of the human body independent of the vena cava. The first flow channel (18) and the second flow channel (20) are connected through a cavity (66) imitating a lesion part of a human body, a shunt (48), and a plurality of simulated lateral branches (68).
