Abstract:
A telecommunication system (10.1) is disclosed, comprising means to establish via a WASP and during a live telephonic conversation between a telephone call initiator and a telephone call receiver, a real-time agreement that prevents premature ending of the telephonic conversation due to a lack of call funding by the telephone call initiator and aids continued telephonic communication between the telephone call initiator and the telephone call receiver.
