Abstract:
Provided are a teleconverter lens and an imaging optical system which are adequately thin in the thickness direction of an imaging device while having a conversion rate of 3 or greater. A luminous flux incident on a teleconverter lens (CL) undergoes primary imaging by an objective part in the teleconverter lens (CL) and is subsequently incident on a main lens (ML) via a relay part, the objective part includes, in order from the subject, a first lens group (GR1) having a positive refractive power, and a second lens group (GR2) having a negative refractive power, and the relay part includes, in order from the main lens, a P2 lens having a positive refractive power, and a reflective optical element for bending a light path.
