Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a telephone system for efficiently implementing a survey on subjects. A telephone system for making calls to call subjects using call subject information and one or more call standby lists comprises: a plurality of call channels for making calls to the subjects on the basis of the call subject information; a call standby list control means that uses the call standby lists to control the calls through one or more call channels; an answer reception means that receives answer information from connected subjects; and an answer recording means that records, on the basis of the answer information, answers transmitted from the subjects. The telephone system is characterized in that the call standby list control means performs a processing to add call standby information to the call standby lists and a processing to sequentially control the calls through the call channels on the basis of the call standby lists.
