Abstract:
Provided is a telescope system characterized in that: the system comprises a telescope, and a selective blocking unit equipped with at least one member having a passage permitting region with respect to electromagnetic waves to be observed and a passage blocking region with respect to the electromagnetic waves to be observed; the telescope is equipped with a detector that can detect electromagnetic waves to be observed in a different plane from the focal plane of the telescope and that can detect a position; the selective blocking unit is disposed in front of the detector; and the patterns of the passage permitting region and the passage blocking region of the at least one member and the arrangement of the at least one member are set such that an observation image can be reconstructed on the basis of an image detected by the detector.
