Abstract:
A telescopic structure capable of sensing a load size, said structure comprising a base (1), a bearing seat (2) fixedly arranged on the base (1), a screw rod (4) matchingly arranged on the bearing seat (2), and a lifting tube (6) matchingly arranged on the screw rod (4). The bearing seat (2) comprises a bottom base (21), and a mounting base (22) arranged at the top of the bottom base (21). The inside of the mounting base (22) is matchingly provided with a bearing (3), the bearing (3) is tightly fitted with the screw rod (4), the inside of the lifting tube (6) is fixedly provided with a screw nut (5) at a position near to the bottom, the screw rod (4) is threadedly fitted with the screw nut (5), and inside and outside walls of the bearing seat (2) are fixedly provided with strain gauges (7). The bearing (3) is arranged within the mounting base (22), and the mounting base (22) is arranged on the bottom base (21), so that the size of a load on the screw rod (4) can be completely transferred to the bearing seat (2), thereby implementing detection of the load.
