Abstract:
Disclosed are a temperature-adaptive natural gas measurement apparatus and a control method therefor. Said apparatus comprises a housing; a metering core is provided inside the housing; a gear speed control mechanism is provided on an outer wall of the housing; the gear speed control mechanism is connected to the metering core. Said apparatus further comprises a temperature-based metering adjustment device; the temperature-based metering adjustment device comprises a calculation display device, a rotary encoder, and a first temperature sensor; the gear speed control mechanism is connected to the rotary encoder; the rotary encoder records an amount in volume V1 of natural gas; the first temperature sensor is used for measuring the actual temperature T1 of natural gas inside the housing; the calculation display device comprises a microprocessor and a digital display; the rotary encoder and the first temperature sensor are connected to the microprocessor; and the microprocessor acquires an amount in volume V1 and the actual temperature T1 of natural gas, converts same into an amount in volume V2 at a standard natural gas temperature T0, and displays total volume consumption by means of the digital display. The present invention can adjust metering data according to the supply temperature of natural gas, so that measurement data of a natural gas meter is more accurate.
