Abstract:
A heating device according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises a circular plate body and a plurality of Peltier modules disposed on the plate body in an arrangement corresponding to an equilateral triangular lattice. Each of the plurality of Peltier modules comprises a substrate which has a shape including one or more equilateral trianglular elements. The substrates are arranged on the plate body such that one equilateral triangular element fits inside one of the plurality of equilateral triangles in the equilateral triangular lattice when the equilateral triangular lattice is projected onto the plate body such that one of a plurality of lattice points in the equilateral triangular lattice is disposed in the center of the plate body. Among the plurality of lattice points in the equilateral triangular lattice, the distance between neighboring lattice points is less than the radius of the plate body.
