Abstract:
A temperature calibrator and a method for cooling a furnace core (14) thereof, which belong to the field of temperature control and can improve the cooling speed of the furnace core (14). The temperature calibrator comprises: a heating part (11) provided with a containing cavity (12) having an opening at one end; the furnace core (14), which is matched with the containing cavity (12) in shape and is inserted into the containing cavity (12) to form, between the furnace core and the inner wall of the containing cavity (12), an airflow channel (13) having an airflow outlet (13B) and an airflow inlet (13A); and an air source device (15), which blows airflow from the airflow inlet (13A) into the airflow channel (13) and discharges the airflow from the airflow outlet (13B). The temperature calibrator cools the furnace core (14) in this way: after the furnace core (14) is inserted into the containing cavity (12), the airflow channel (13) is formed between the periphery of the furnace core (14) and the inner wall of the containing cavity (12); and airflow is blown into the airflow channel (13) from the airflow inlet (13A) and discharged from the airflow outlet (13B), the airflow is thus directly blown to the furnace core (14). Therefore, the furnace core (14) is directly cooled, and the cooling speed of the furnace core (14) is increased.
