Abstract:
The present invention relates to a temperature compensation load cell having strain gauges, comprising: one pair of strain gauges; an external force measurer which is affected by an external force; and a temperature compensator which is formed in a part to which the external force is not applied, and includes the other pair of strain gauges, wherein the one pair of strain gauges and the other pair of strain gauges constitute a Wheatstone bridge circuit to compensate temperature when a strain caused by the external force is measured. Further, if a strain (applied load) of an elastic body is measured by using the load cell, it is possible to remove the influence caused by temperature. Thus, accuracy for measuring strain is improved or guaranteed.
