Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide temperature control method and device of machine tool
in which response characteristics are enhanced when the heating value of a heat
source in the machine tool is varied. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The temperature
control method of a machine tool comprising a cooling circuit for cooling the
spindle head, a refrigerating machine (5), a condenser (6), an expansion valve
(7) for throttle-expanding refrigerant gas, a heat exchanger (8), a bypath (4)
for introducing refrigerant gas immediately after exited from the refrigerating
machine into the heat exchanger, a bypath flow rate regulation valve (9), a reference
temperature setting means (13), a temperature sensor (21) for detecting the
temperature of return liquid, and a temperature control means (10) for controlling
the rotational speed of the refrigerating machine and the opening of the expansion
valve and further controlling the bypath flow rate regulation valve, the method
comprising a first control step for controlling the rotational speed of the refrigerating
machine to a lower limit, controlling the opening of the expansion valve to a constant
value and performing feedback control on the opening of the bypath flow rate regulation
valve by the temperature of return liquid, and a second control step for fully
opening the bypath flow rate regulation valve and performing feedback control
on the rotational speed of the refrigerating machine and the opening of the expansion
valve by the temperature of return liquid.
