Abstract:
The invention relates to a temperature controller, an electrical connector, and an electric water heater. The temperature controller is designed so as to avoid uninterrupted onoff of contact point on condition that there is no water inside a container, which brings following disadvantages that leads to shorten life of contact point, fire risk, and poor safety performance. The temperature controller comprises a body, a movable contact sheet, an electrical connecter, a bimetallic strip for sensing temperature, a push rod which is provided between the bimetallic strip and the movable contact sheet for disconnecting heating circuit when there is no water inside the container, a slider which is slidable on the movable contact sheet, a clip used for fixing the movable contact sheet, and an elastically pressing part which is elastically pressed on the slider. The electrical connector is formed by providing a contact electrode on the electrical connecter of the temperature controller. The electric water heater comprises a temperature controller, an electrical connector, a container, a base, and an electric heater provided inside the container. The electrical connector consists of an upper electrical connector on the container and a lower electrical connector which is connected with the upper electrical connector on the base. The electrical connector of the upper electrical connector is connected with the electric heater. The electric water heater has several advantages, such as long working life, and good safety performance. Furthermore, the contact electrode is not liable to be oxidized.
