Abstract:
A temperature controller for immersion heater, comprises a case and an one-off protection means, the one-off protection comprises a fusible push rod, one end of the rod protrudes from the case, and contacts with the heater, wherein the one-off protection means further comprises a pair of contacts connected in series an a heater circuit, the acting contact of which is an elastic element, and would be separated from the corresponding static contact in normal station, the other end of the rod abuts on the acting contact, and forces the acting contact to the static contact. The temperature controller further comprises a conventional thermally-sensitive actuating means is used as a back-up means. To compare to the prior , the invention uses the acting contact itself as a pre-changed element, so that can remove the spring and its actuate in the prior, thereof makes the structure simpler and assembly more convenient.
