Abstract:
A temperature controller for a liquid heater includes a shell, a shell-cover, movable contact blades, fixed contact blades, a tripod plug connecting to a power supply and two bimetals. Acting force is transferred by a push rod spring, a mandril for disconnecting a power, a dry switch-on mandril and a link rod, and acts on the movable contact blades on two poles to separate the movable contact blades from the fixed contact blades and contact with each other. It has the function of automatic switch-off protection due to boil and non self-reset dry switch-on protection without water. It prevents the heater from damaging and insecurity resulting from the dry switch-on protection frame switching on-off again. It further meets the criterion of domestic appliance in which the safety is demanded stricly by the state.
