Abstract:
An acquisition unit (11) is arranged in a cold storage warehouse that stores a plurality of items and acquires a total amount of the plurality of items subjected to cold storage by a freezing machine that cools the cold storage warehouse so as to be set at a setting temperature. When there is a difference in electricity bill between time zones, a determination unit (12) of a temperature determination device (100) determines a setting temperature of the freezing machine that cools the cold storage warehouse at a time zone at which an electricity bill is low and an operation time at which the freezing machine is caused to operate at the setting temperature depending on a total amount of items stored in the cold storage warehouse. In this manner, the items inside the cold storage warehouse are subjected to cold storage. Thus, an inner temperature of the cold storage warehouse is maintained with cold stored at a time zone at which an electricity bill is low, whereby a total electricity bill can be saved.
