Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of power generators. Disclosed is a temperature early warning method for a stator winding, comprising the following steps: S1, setting a threshold K, the total number N of determination intervals, and the total number N0 of early warnings; S2, calculating θ't; S3, if a deviation between θ't and θt is within K, determining that θt is normal, increasing the value of a determination counter by 1, and keeping the value of an anomaly counter unchanged; S4, if the deviation between θ't and θt exceeds K, determining that θt is anomalous, increasing the value of the determination counter by 1, and increasing the value of the anomaly counter by 1; S5, if the value of the anomaly counter is less than N0, and the value of the determination counter is less than N, jumping to step S2; S6, setting the values of the anomaly counter and the determination counter to be zero; and S7, if the value of the anomaly counter is greater than or equal to N0, giving an early warning signal. According to the present invention, anomalous temperature data can be recognized, an early thermal fault can be found, and in combination with the counting of the counters, an anomaly alarm is only given when the number of times for which the threshold is exceeded is accumulated to a certain value, such that the temperature early warning is more accurate.
