Abstract:
Provided is a temperature management indicator which has a simple structure; does not include poisonous metal, above all mercury; is safe and excellent in durability, especially in light durability and durability for repetition of heating-cooling cycles; can indicate a specific temperature region by a reversible change in color; and further can indicate as necessary whether or not a specific temperature is reached by an irreversible change in color. A temperature management indicator (10) is provided with a reversible thermo color material (14) containing particles of a reversible thermo color pigment free from mercury, which reversibly changes color at a given temperature, and the reversible thermo color material (14) has dispersed and compounded in the resin particles of a reversible thermo color pigment which contains a complex compound of iron.
