Abstract:
Disclosed is a temperature measurement connector for a rotary drying drum, characterized in that the temperature measurement connector comprises a connecting shaft (1); a thermocouple element (2) is fixedly connected to one end of the connecting shaft (1), and a bakelite insulation roller (3) is fixed to the other end thereof; a fixed plate (4) is sheathed at each of the two ends of the bakelite insulation roller (3); the bakelite insulation roller (3) rotatably moves in the fixed plate (4); two conductor metal rings (5) are fixed outside the bakelite insulation roller (3); the conductor metal rings (5) are both connected to the thermocouple element (2); a cover plate (6) is arranged at the ends, on the same side, of the two fixed plates (4); wire interfaces (7) arranged corresponding to the conductor metal rings (5) are arranged on the cover plate (6); and the wire interfaces (7) are in contact with the conductor metal rings (5) by means of carbon brushes (8). The present solution has the advantages of simple structure, each component being not easy to damage, long service life, no need to park and empty steam in the maintenance process, and low late maintenance rate and maintenance cost.
