Abstract:
This temperature measuring device is provided with: a light source that causes light to enter an optical fiber; a detector that detects a Stokes component and an anti-Stokes component in back-scattered light that is from the optical fiber; a correction unit that, within a prescribed region containing a prescribed sample point of the optical fiber, calculates a prescribed range, which contains the sample point, in accordance with the size of the correlation between the Stokes component and the anti-Stokes component, and smooths the Stokes component and the anti-Stokes component within the prescribed range; and a measurement unit that measures the temperature at the sample point using the smoothed Stokes component and the smoothed anti-Stokes component.
