Abstract:
This temperature measurement device is provided with: a detector that detects a first Stokes component and a first anti-Stokes component in back-scattered light produced when light enters a first end of an optical fiber, and detects a second Stokes component and a second anti-Stokes component in back-scattered light produced when light enters a second end of the optical fiber; a correction unit that, within a prescribed region containing a sample point of a partial region of the first end side of the optical fiber, replaces the second anti-Stokes component with a value corresponding to the first Stokes component, the first anti-Stokes component, and the second Stokes component if any size of a correlation of the second anti-Stokes component to the first Stokes component and the first anti-Stokes component is less than or equal to a threshold value; and a measurement unit that measures the temperature at the sample point using the first Stokes component, the first anti-Stokes component, the second Stokes component, and the second anti-Stokes component, which was replaced by the correction unit.
