Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a temperature measurement system and method for an underwater robot. The system comprises a winch and an umbilical cable, wherein the umbilical cable is configured to be connected to an underwater robot, and the winch comprises a winding drum and a rotating shaft, the winding drum being configured to rotate around the rotating shaft. The umbilical cable is partially wound around an outer wall of the winding drum; a first photoelectric slip ring is arranged on the rotating shaft; a first optical-fiber temperature measurement unit is arranged on an inner wall of the winding drum; and the first optical-fiber temperature measurement unit is configured to measure the temperature of the umbilical cable. In the present disclosure, the first optical-fiber temperature measurement unit is directly connected to an optical fiber in the umbilical cable without passing through the first photoelectric slip ring, such that the distortion of temperature measurement caused by the first photoelectric slip ring can be avoided, thereby improving the accuracy of temperature measurement.
