Abstract:
A temperature regulation device and temperature regulation method based on a thermal sensation value. The method comprises: if an air conditioner is in a thermal sensation-based sleep mode, then acquiring a thermal sensation value of a user for a current configured temperature of the air conditioner (S10); determining a thermal sensation interval range of the thermal sensation value (S20); and regulating, according to a control policy corresponding to the thermal sensation interval range of the thermal sensation value, the configured temperature (S30). The method of the present invention enables an air condition to automatically regulate, on the basis of the thermal sensation of a user for a current configured temperature, the current configured temperature, thus solving the problem of user thermal discomfort resulting from an air condition constantly operating at a user-configured temperature.
