Abstract:
The present invention relates to a chitosan hydrogel composition comprising chitosan, glycerol, and a phosphate group, wherein the chitosan is crosslinked by glycerol, a phosphate group, or a combination thereof. The chitosan hydrogel composition enables temperature control for inducing a liquid-state composition into a gel state according to the content ratio of a phosphate group and glycerol, and since the concentration of gelatin affects the printing characteristics, strength, and the like, can be used as ink for 3D printers.
