The present invention relates to the preparation and application of temperature-sensitive polyethylene glycol / polyester block copolymers in which bioactive functional groups are introduced into side chains thereof, and more specifically to temperature-sensitive polyethylene glycol / polyester block copolymers comprising lactide segments in which bioactive functional groups are introduced into side chains, and a preparation method thereof. The temperature-sensitive polyethylene glycol / polyester block copolymers in which bioactive functional groups are introduced into side chains according to the invention have various functional groups at the side chains thereof. Therefore, the temperature-sensitive polyethylene glycol / polyester block copolymers can be used in various fields such as for drug delivery systems containing drugs, supports for tissue engineering, and tissue adhesion agents.
