Abstract:
A temperature sensor and a manufacturing method therefor are disclosed. The temperature sensor comprises: a sensor unit comprising an organic emission layer including a delayed fluorescence material; a temperature transfer unit located at the lower part of the sensor unit and transferring an external temperature to the sensor unit; an upper electrode located at the upper part of the sensor unit; a second electrode located at the lower part of the sensor unit so as to be spaced apart from the temperature transfer unit; and a light intensity measurement unit located at the lower part of the second electrode and measuring the intensity of light emitted from the organic emission layer. The temperature sensor can measure a temperature by using a change in the intensity of light using delayed fluorescence, thereby providing improved sensitivity.
