Abstract:
This temperature sensor comprises a cylindrical fiber probe through which an optical fiber is inserted, an outer casing having a shaft portion through which the fiber probe is inserted and a window supporting portion fitted externally into the shaft portion, and a protective window portion which has a contacting surface that is brought into contact with a tip end surface of the fiber probe to protect the fiber probe, wherein: the window supporting portion includes an engaging portion which covers at least a tip end portion of the shaft portion from the outside, a holding portion linked to the engaging portion, and an accepting portion which projects inward from a tip end portion of the holding portion and which has an inner space formed as an insertion hole; a surface of the accepting portion on the shaft portion side is formed as a pressed surface, and a surface on the opposite side to the pressed surface is formed as an outward facing surface; the protective window portion includes a contacting portion having a contacting surface, and a supported portion which projects from the contacting portion and at least a portion of which is inserted through the insertion hole; and a tip end surface of the supported portion adopts a state positioned on the same plane as the outward facing surface or a state projecting further than the outward facing surface.
