Abstract:
Provided is a temperature control technology with which the occurrence of overshoot and/or undershoot can be avoided. In the present invention a temperature treatment device has: a PID control unit; an addition unit that, with respect to an output value output from the PID control unit, adds a fixed value that is set between an output value in accordance with a change start temperature and an output value in accordance with a target temperature; and a temperature control unit that uses the result of adding the output values and the fixed value to control the change in temperature from the change start temperature to the target temperature.
